D3 has conducted public opinion, media, program evaluation and consumer surveys in over 120 countries worldwide. D3’s expertise is strongest in opinion and issues research, public diplomacy, international assistance evaluation, strategic communications and broadcast media audience measurement in emerging markets and within conflict and post-conflict environments. Our approach involves building local capacity through resource and knowledge transfer. Notable examples include ACSOR-Surveys in Afghanistan founded in 2003 and Mareco Index Bosnia in Bosnia-Herzegovina founded in 1996. D3 has also partnered to create or develop multi-lingual call centers in Europe and the Middle East. D3 has taken the lead in developing region-wide, multi-mode surveys based on true probability samples throughout the Middle East and North Africa to access hard to reach Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, and Kurdish speaking populations.
